TST Legal Advisor Stu de Haan and Chapterhead Michelle Shortt will be conducting a short presentation to update those in attendance on TST's current lawsuits and TST AZ's plans for the upcoming year. Attendants are invited to ask questions of TST AZ leadership and council members, and meet with members of the community.
Since the inception of the chapter, TST AZ continues to fight to have our First Amendment rights recognized by a legislative body within our state. We will continue to stand up against the impending theocracy but, as a grassroots movement, we need your support to get there. For more information on TST AZ's Invocation campaign, click HERE.
TST AZ will have a merch table available for attendants to purchase merch that can only be acquired in person at our events. Proceeds go to directly funding TST AZ campaigns and events. There will also be cake. 🎂
TST AZ returns to the Rogue almost three years to the day after we were denied the opportunity to give an invocation before a Phoenix City Council meeting in 2016. The Rogue was one of the first and few venues that has welcomed TST AZ and they will be unfortunately closing their doors in late April. We urge you to come out and not only support TST AZ, but the local venue that has always welcomed misfits like us.
